Friction
Friction is a force opposes motion.
There are 4 types of friction:
1. Static - friction that keeps things from moving. You stay in your chair because friction keeps you from slipping around.
2. Sliding - friction that occurs when 2 things rub together. Like rubbing your hands together
3. Rolling - Anything that rolls over another thing. Like wheels on a road.
4. Fluid - Any fluid (liquid or gas) that rubs against another object. Air friction is the most common one in this category. Swimming is also an example of fluid friction. The water moves/rubs against your body.
